Policies

1. The items for sale on this website are membership kits. You are NOT buying a giveaway product. Make sure you wish to purchase a membership kit before completing a transaction with us! You must be at least 18 years of age to participate. Your puchase is a contract with us and minors are unable to enter into a legal contract.
2. Refunds are available only if you request it within five days after you make your purchase. This is plenty of time to allow you to change your mind. Refunds will NOT be granted based upon how fast you think you are moving on a list. Remember, these are free items and it takes time to sell enough membership kits to cycle members out for their free item. If you request a refund, all related fees will be deducted from your refund. Please refer to "How It Works" and our "FAQ" in addition to this "Policies" page.
3. Please allow approximately 3 weeks for your membership kit to arrive. We reserve the right to offer a substitute of software if the one you requested is not available or for any other reason that may make your request unavailable.YOU MUST MAKE A CD SELECTION! The link is in your Welcome Email. This enables us to ready your kit for shipment. The longer you take to make you selection, the longer it will take to receive your membership kit!!!!
4. You agree that you are at least 18 years old when ordering from this website and will provide us with your birth date when requested or any other proof requested.
5. If at any time one of our giveaway products become unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute another of equal or greater value or may even offer you a cash equivalent. The option will be ours.
6. We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason. We reserve the right to send the cash equivalent of an award in lieu of the product when we feel it is necessary due to model changes or any other reason. The final choice will be ours. We may substitute a model offered for a different model if the need arises, as long as we meet the cash value of the original product offered. When you cycle, we reserve the right to send the cash value at any time instead of the item for various reasons, as long as you are receiving an equal cash value of the original offer. Models offered on the website may vary from time to time. You are not guaranteed to receive the model displayed on the website, but you will receive at least the cash equivalent of the amount offered if a different model is displayed.
7. If you do not provide us with a valid email address, we are not responsible for not being able to contact you. If you change your email address, let us know so we can update our records. It is your responsibility to keep us updated with your current information.
8. Please do not buy a membership kit as an investment. You will be getting your membership kit through the mail and it will contain the items that you ordered. The giveaway product was not what you purchased. You are in no way being misled into thinking that you have purchased the free gifts.
9. In the circumstance of a defective CD, you must notify us of the defect within 24 hours of its receipt. We will determine this by the delivery confirmation of receipt. A defective CD or any part of the membership kit does not entitle you to a refund. We reserve the right to replace any damaged software as long as you notify us within the proper reporting period. If the CD is no longer available, we reserve the right to substitute another of equal or greater value.
10. There are no guarantees for giveaway products unless you complete the cycle and make it to the top of the list. If you have "cycled out", you will receive the giveaway or its cash value.
11. You may request the cash value of a giveaway product. If you live outside the US or Canada, this will be your only option. It is too expensive to ship an item outside the US and the formatting of some electronics are different. You may take the cash equivalent and purchase the item where you live. We will NOT pay for duty or brokerage fees related to shipping your items. We reserve the right to change this option as we deem necessary. Please refer to "How It Works" and our "FAQ" for more information related to this.
12. If you live outside of the US or Canada and wish to purchase a membership kit, you will provide us with your address and we will advise you of the cost to ship it to you. This must be paid for before we will ship it to you. You may not decline a membership kit just to be placed on a free giveaway product list. The membership kit is your purchase and completes the transaction.
13. If you request a refund for what we consider is an invalid request, such as you don't like the place on the list, or for any reason that reflects nothing was done wrong on our part, you will be removed from our system and not allowed to order again and no refund will be given. Invalid refunds cause too much chaos for other members and disrupts the system. We will not tolerate invalid requests for refunds. Remember, you are purchasing a membership kit and if you contact your credit card company requesting a refund or chargeback due to your movement on a list, this is fraud and will be treated as such. We send out membership kits with delivery confirmation and retain proof that you received your membership kit, your putchase.
14. There is a limit of ONE order during the member's Early Bird order time. After the Early Bird time, the general public is allowed to order. You may order no more than FOUR of the same membership kit per 24hour period including the Early Bird orders. Example....member purchases the ONE Early Bird order and then after ordering is opened to the general public, may order no more than THREE more for a total of FOUR of the same item in any 24 hour period.
15. Doing a chargeback after you receive your membership kit is fraud and will be handled as fraud. We will send all the necessary information and proof of delivery confirmation to your credit card holder and proceed as such. Do not mislead yourself into thinking that you have purchased a free gift. This is not how this website is being promoted. This website is here to help you experience the excitement of being able to obtain free gifts at the small price of a membership kit and nothing more.
